Château Petit-Village Pomerol Vintage:2017 with balanced acidity and fineThe grand vin of Chteau Petit Village, from its 10. 5 hectare vineyard on the Pomerol plateau, where clay and gravel over iron rich subsoil give both structure and finesse. A Merlot led blend (71%) with Cabernet Franc and a little Cabernet Sauvignon. Refined rather than powerful, showing blackcurrant, plum and sweet spice over liquorice and a floral note, medium to full bodied with velvety tannins and bright acidity to a long, savoury finish. One for
