Fuel Quantity Indicator, PV-2 Harpoon, EA109-3 US Navy C-46 The case is affixed byHere is a Fuel Quantity Indicator as used in the US Navy Lockheed PV 2 Harpoon Patrol Bomber. It measured the fuel quantity in the two front center tanks and two rear center tanks. See photo of the location of the instrument on the co pilot's side of the instrument panel from the Flight Manual dated 1946. Measures 3. 25in diameter and ~4in deep. It is in reasonable condition given its age. The dial markings are clear and the glass and case are intact.
