Domaine Joël Delaunay, Touraine Sauvignon Blanc Vintage:2025 Calvados with a conscienceA Touraine Sauvignon Blanc from the Delaunay family, fifth generation growers near the Cher east of Tours, on clay and flinty silex soils. Around a third given a short skin maceration, then aged on fine lees with btonnage for texture. Bright and well balanced, showing tropical fruit, grapefruit and blackcurrant leaf over fresh citrus and stone fruit, finishing clean and mineral. Try it with seafood, salads or fresh goat's cheese.
