"L'Hiver, (Shepard, Cow and Two Sheep)" by Charles-Emile Jacque, Fr., (1813-1894) Gouache Sabra Field is known asEtching, ca. 1860's?, B. 426, 1st. edition before letters, 4 3 4 x 6 5 8, signed in the plate, printed on thin gray chine colle with a thick white wove support sheet, full original margins, water stains at top edge and foxing to support sheet discreetly entering image at top of chine. There is an old price of $2. 00 in blue ink lower right margin corner. A beautiful impression of this print, deserving of conservation, which it might just get.
