Tasting Notes A precise and linear expression of chardonnay from five sites. The nose shows pineapple, light butterscotch, oatmeal and lemon peel while the palate is zippy and textured lime, quince and forelle pear the leading flavours. A Chablis like oyster shell minerality refines the finish. Type: White
