Guatamala Punda Natural espresso The great potential of thisAtitlan is one of Guatemalas eight coffee regions. The soil from this region is extremely rich in organic matter. Ninety percent of the coffee from Atitlan is cultivated along the slopes of the volcanoes that dominate the shores of Lake Atitlan. The Punda is a high scoring natural processed coffee using only ripe cherries. These cherries are delivered daily to the mill called Santa Barbara in a town called Alotenango. At the mill, this coffee is sun
