Arm Roast Boxes Don't wait if you areThis cut is lean but very tender and typically contains one small round bone. Consider it the "trimmer sister" to the Chuck roast very similar flavor but the Arm roast will typically contain less cooking fat. Due to it's leanness it's an excellent cut for an easy crock pot or low and slow oven roasted meal! You'll want to add some "juice" (broth of some sort) while you cook, due to the potentially lower fat content it can become dry if over cooked.
