Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 15 18C. Bottled young, it keeps the typical minerality and freshness of Vermentino di Gallura Grape: Vermentino Appellation: Gallura DOCG Tasting: Crisp, ample and compact. Excellent aromatic. The finish is fresh, tense and very persistent with exotic fruits
