"Pond in Winter" by Edith Penman, (Amer., 1860-1929) InkEtching, image 8 7 8 x 13 13 16, on cream simili vellum paper, signed in pencil, toned within mat openng, handling crease to left of signature, some light retouches to sky, with full margins. Penman was an early resident of Byrdcliffe, the early 20th century Arts & Crafts community founded on the site of the present day Woodstock, NY art colony.
