Highland Park 30YO Single Malt Scotch Whisky 700ml (ABV 45%) horchata liqueur toasted figThis Single Malt is the result of the marriage of different casks such as sherry seasoned European oak hogsheads, sherry seasoned American oak hogshead, refill hogsheads and refill butt. Tasting notes Jasmine and lemon scented geraniums on the nose are followed by an intense, nutty sweetness of amaretto poached peaches and caramelised lemons on the palate. The finish lingers with subtle smoke from the Orkney heathered peat.
