Prior to 1996 the wine was made by David Noon (Drews father) and was known as Noons cabernet. It also sits in the Outstanding Category in Langtons Classification of Australian Wine. Selected tasting note from Robert Parker: The 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from a 35+year old vineyard and aged for 18 months in small French and American oak. Opaque
