You can serve it as a flaming shot, or add it to your espresso. In the glass the liquid is squid ink black, with translucent blue to the edges. The taste is immediately of aniseed liqourice with deep complexity. It is hot and raw, but that quickly dissipates and leaves the palate coated in liquorice goodness mixed with floral notes
