Low Layer K-Tip w/ Birch Burl cutlery Length: 373mmThis K Tip chefs knife was made by forge welding multiple layers of 15N20 and 1095 high carbon steel. The finished billet was then hand forged to shape. After refining the geometry, the blade was sanded to a satin finish.
