"Headland Light" by Albert Edel, Amer., (1890-1961) PastelDrypoint, ca. 1920's 40's, ed. unknown, 4 x 4 7 8, sighned and titled in pencil, on thick cream wove paper. Albert Edel was a Provincetown based painter and etcher most active from the 1920's 40's. He specialized in scenes of the landmarks, fishermen and wharves of PTown, and was married to Stella Johnson Edel, an artist well known for her white line color woodcuts.
