This card was designed to be displayed in a retail setting to promote the sale of "Wabbly Wally: The British Legion Mascot" toy which Dean's produced between 1928 and 1930; Dean's donated a portion of the proceeds of each "Wabbly Wally" sold to the British Legion; apparently the
